We started as a barbecue blog and then started doing small events in our area feeding our friends and family. After 6 years of learning all we could it was time to turn it into a full time business. Our team has worked in some of the biggest BBQ Events in the country. Catering and Event Vending is our main focus. We don't run a 9 to 5 restaurant so we can travel longer distances. Our years of training will turn your next event in a barbecue showcase.
Specialties
We offer a full line of classic barbecue but specialize in Bison aka Buffalo Meat. Our team is ready to catering your next event, vending show or help you raise money for a fundraiser.
