Rosewood Park is one of four neighborhood parks governed by the City of Commerce Department of Parks and Recreation in California. The park offers various outdoor activities, such as organized youth sports in basketball, flag football, soccer, softball, volleyball, picnic shelters, playgrounds and a children's wading pool, which is opened during the summer. The park has a community center, which offers an array of recreational programs and activities for all age levels. Additional activities include a preschool program, children and adult arts and craft program, exercise and a variety of youth programs. The department is comprised of two commissions, more than 15 operating divisions, four neighborhood parks, seven community centers and a camp in Lake Arrowhead, Calif.
