Mount Hermon Boot Camp started in 2012 to inspire those on their journey to a healthier lifestyle through high intensity interval training.
Specialties
An intense 60 minute full body interval style workout. Each class is uniquely designed incorporating weights, medicine balls, running, skipping, sprinting, jumping, and shuffling. Classes are held indoors and all equipment is provided. Class is geared for those with and intermediate fitness level. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30am-7:30am in the Mount Hermon Fieldhouse Gymnasium.f First Class is free. $50 for a 12 class punch card. $5 drop in fee.
