Visited the location at around 4:30 pm on a Tuesday, service was quick and the staff was very nice. Also saw the opportunity to get a stamp card, which has 10 slots to fill for a free drink.

The employees are always very nice. I would say their price is average for Santa Monica. I've tried a lot or their tea bobas and have been happy with them so far, as well as their green onion pancake.
