Can't really tell you as of when but currently UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. If there's anything you read from my review, I hope it's what is in caps. I've visited 2 times in 3 days, and so far so good...

My more recent visits have been great. They now have order kiosks to help automate the process so there's less interaction w/ those working behind the counter. Their prices are slightly higher...
