My career as a fitness and health instructor began when I started coaching gymnastics twenty years ago. After getting young children in optimal shape for their sport, I decided I wanted to begin to train adults as well. With an extensive career competing in gymnastics, football, baseball, and track & field, I have a very clear understanding of the needs of any athlete in any given sport. My expertise doesn't end there, though; I've also trained many non-athletes and helped them get stronger for their everyday lives. I'm also versed in injury rehabilitation.
