Custom formulations of bath and body products, skincare products, hair products, cosmetics, OTC pharmaceuticals for nearly 50 years, Libby Labs is a premiere contract manufacturer. Libby Laboratories was founded in 1959 by Dr. Henry Libby. The company began in a small manufacturing site in Berkeley, Calif. For the first couple of years, it produced chemical specialties and sanitary chemicals. Over the past 40 years, Libby Labs has pioneered many of the current cosmetic trends.
