BG is an Italian-American restaurant created by Andy and Carlo Brandon-Gordon and Executive Chef Michele Lisi. The restaurant evokes the essence of the great Italian-American restaurants of mid-20th century in Hollywood and New York where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious, patronized by movie-stars, moguls and godfathers. Our food nods to that same history, but take its culinary cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and the future. Familiar dishes like Caesar Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, Linguini Vongole, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Cacciatore or Parmesan are elevated to today's tastes and standards. Alongside these culinary delights are an exceptional cocktail program created by chief mixologist, Dorian De Tappan, and quality Italian and California wines curated by Nerano Sommelier, Davide Matarazzo.
