After 35 years of owning and operating Daves Towing Service, Inc. in Stockton, California, owner, David Barton realized there was a towing tool missing in his toolbox: The Driveline Buddy. During the routine conversation with his drivers, a common theme emerged it was always difficult to pull the driveline of a truck, it had to be tied up then secured, sometimes stored and each truck offered a different challenge than the last. These conversations prompted Dave to create a tool for his drivers that would offer them a quick and safe solution to the problem: The Driveline Buddy - a driveline securing device. The Driveline Buddy tool offers a suspender and cradle that is easily installed into the frame of the truck being towed to cradle the driveline during transportation to final destination. With more than 35 years in the industry, Dave is passionate about exceeding your expectations with this handy invention. Each tool is made by hand from in a corner of our shop in Stockton.
