Bellagio Villas is an older complex, but appears to look new. Maintenance issues are usually handled the same day. Orlando is the on site manager. He is friendly, helpful and understanding. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The three-bedroom has two and a half bathrooms, vertical blinds and sliding doors in bedrooms and dining room. The complex is close to stores, shopping, buses, banks, a car wash and the freeway. The pool is the social center. There are one-car garages available and attached in some units. The laundry room on site is small, but there are hookups in units with attached garages.
