Beauty to a T was founded in 2011 by Tammie Piveronas. Her passion for the beauty industry inspired her to share her knowledge with others & create gorgeous brows, one stroke at a time. Tammie is a licensed Esthetician, Cosmetologist, & a Triple Certified Microblading Artist. Triple Certified Permanent Makeup aArtist, operating in a permitted facility by the local Contra County Health Department.
