This was to be our second location; we opened in August 2014. Our first location opened September 2009 in San Pedro, but due to issues with landlord, we were forced to abandon that location in March of 2017. Our Long Beach shop is our only operation open @ this time.
Specialties
We make our own Pastrami, Smoked Beef Brisket, Tri-tip, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Baby Back Ribs, and we roast Top Sirloin and Leg of Lamb, in addition to sourcing top-quality Deli meats from which to assemble the delicious sandwiches for which we are known.All our side dishes are prepared in-house from family recipes. Our rolls are baked nightly and are delivered FRESH daily. We take customer service seriously, and are happy to customize any food order. Additionally, we offer a wide range of catering services for any size group or party, even renting our mobile smoker for do-it-yourselfers or industry pros.
