I started Bay Area Carpet Steamers in 1992 in Los Gatos, CA as a home-based business. I built the business from the ground up, beginning with a portable carpet-cleaning unit. I moved to Mountain View, CA in 1994 and began to grow my business, first buying a truck-mounted system in 1994. I acquired a shop in 2011 and am now located in Mountain View, CA.
