How do you serve a customer burnt food. The burntness over powers the rest of the food so you can't even taste the food. I ordered the pork and cabbage and it was extremely bland.

I'll give it a good not great rating. I went in to try the soup dumplings. They serve them on paper doilies so the dumpling stick to the paper and you lose the soup taking them off. Flavor wise...
