Founded in 2008, this new gastropub is housed in a historic mission- style building and serves more than 80 different beers from around the world. The beer menu selections, 28 of which are available on tap, include German, Dutch, Belgian and British ales, stouts and lagers. There is a full bar-restaurant menu ranging from pan-seared crab cakes, pommes frites and charcuterie platter to traditional Belgium-style mussels, the Back Abbey burger and the bistro frisee salad. Wines include a selection of Chardonnays, Merlots, Sauvignon Blancs, Pinot Noirs and Zinfandels just to name a few. In addition to the dining room, there is outdoor patio seating with cushioned chairs, tables and umbrellas.
