Owned and run by the Assistance League of Los Altos, Costume Bank carries many affordable costumes and accessories for holidays and events. Costumes may be purchased or rented. As a non-profit group, clothing and costume donations are welcomed. The store is located along State St. in downtown Los Altos, and is spacious and well-organized.
