Sonoma County resident Noreen Evans represents the state's 2nd Senate District, which includes portions or all of Humboldt, Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Solano and Sonoma counties. She shares her downtown Napa office on the second floor of the Main Street Exchange building next door to the Napa Valley Opera House with state assembly member Michael Allen.
