This is the Beverly Hills office for A&R Worldwide, a talent agency and artist management business. It represents artists including actors, singers and writers, but primarily deals with the music industry. It is known for discovering new talent, then producing and promoting its discoveries. It will prepare all contracts between the producers and the talent, and will work with promoting the finished project. It will arrange interviews or auditions with producers for future films or publishing. The agency receives a percentage of the fee earned by the talent, only after it is sold, booked and paid.
