The Heritage

The Heritage is a 196-unit complex that provides low-income housing for seniors 62 and older. The units range from studios with alcoves to one-bedrooms and rent is based on 30 percent of the resident's adjusted gross income. The building is connected to the Plaza Tower, another senior living complex and shares the dining room, the patio and the front office. There is a city center with a park, banks, and shops within one block from the building.
