The Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services, also known as AYE, has been providing job training, education and counseling services to customers since 1965. Headquartered in Los Angeles, the organization offers educational and career assistance services to more than 3,000 underprivileged students each year. It partners with several employment agencies and community organizations to provide job placement referrals and assistance to over 1,500 individuals. The Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services partners include Bank of America, Walgreens and the Automobile Club of Southern California. The organization is a member of the Los Angeles Unified School District and the University of California Los Angeles. The Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services is a program offered by Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, which is one of the largest social service providers in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties in California.
