The Arboretum Garden and Gift Shop is located inside of the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden near the entrance. Outside it sells a large variety of plants. Inside it offers postcards, hats, handbags, mugs, bags, shirts, gardening and nature books, aprons, lotions and many more gift items. The staff is friendly, and so are the peacocks that wander around the plants for sale.
The profits go towards activities and classes offered at the arboretum. If you purchase an arboretum membership, you will receive a 10 percent discount at the gift shop. Many items have the Arboretum logo branded on it, so it is a great place to buy a souvenir to remember your visit.
