The owner of Aqua Stars, Maureen Bettis, has been dedicated to teaching the children of Lamorinda how to conquer their fear of water for more than 20 years. She works with children as young as 18 months and up to 8 years old.
The cost for four private lessons, beginner through advanced, is $100. Lessons are available year-round, as there's access to indoor pools in the wintertime.
