The Animal Hospital of Walnut has been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1991. AAHA sets high standards for veterinary facilities. In April 2008, through our unique commitments to high quality, we achieved AAHA’s best certification.Dr. Goldstein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP). This organization has recognized him as a Board Certified Specialist in Canine and Feline Practice. By having your pets seen by an ABVP Diplomate, you are making sure that they receive expert treatment, and “state of the art" veterinary service. Becoming a Board Certified Specialist entails a very difficult course of additional studies and examination—a process that can take up to three years to complete. In addition, Diplomates must prepare and recertify in their specialty every 10 years.
