History
I have been working with families and adults in a variety of settings for over 12 years. I have worked with addictions, sexual trauma, eating disorders, weight management, and medical patients. I would be happy to share my vast clinical experience with you more in-depth if you like. I specialize in adults who have stumbled on one of life's road blocks. Generally, my clients are high functioning individuals who have experienced a rough spot or a temporary set back. These rough spots could be due to a variety of factors including divorce, loss of career, trauma, health concerns, or sometimes just change of life. Its my job to help you become happier and more satisfied.
Specialties
I am a Licensed Psychologist PSY 22372 I specialize in therapy for adults presenting with a wide variety of concerns. I generally find most people don't fit neatly into diagnoses, but many common concerns that I address are: couples, divorce, co-parenting, eating disorders, addiction, relationship difficulties, anxiety, weight management, and depression. Most of my clients look forward to their sessions and describe my session style as comfortable and conversational. I believe psychology can help you over come hurdles and guide you on your path toward self-growth. My clinical practice and personal life are guided by the concept of self-actualization: the innate human potential to move toward a life filled with truth, love, and happiness. When you're ready, I am here to set up a no-commitment initial session to explore your needs and provide further information. Sincerely, Dr. Amy Reichenbach, Psy.D
