AMPT began as a dream, training members out of our own garage in 2012. We then upgraded to our current facility in June of 2014. It has always been our mission to teach people to move better so that they can feel better, look better, and live life to the fullest.
Specialties
At AMPT we train both adults and athletes, focusing on the individual and their goals. We teach all of our members to move more efficiently and create a solid foundation on which to build mobility, stability, strength and power.
