The menu at Amici's East Coast Pizzeria features an array of pizzas, pastas, soups, salads, and desserts, but what makes it really different from other Italian restaurants is the exceptional (geographic) variety. The flavors come from places as far away as Tuscany, Sicily, Calabria, and the Greek Isles to such nearby locales as New York, Boston, New Haven, and Philadelphia. The pizza crust can be extra-thin, light or half-baked, or even gluten-free. All the pizzas are baked in a traditional brick oven, and there are 35 toppings to choose from, so each pizza is unique. Recent menu additions are Artichoke Panzanella Salad, Puttanesca pasta sauce, and the option to have your pasta of choice served with oven-roasted vegetables, parmesan cheese, garlic, and fresh herbs. Gluten-free beer is available too.
The restaurant features a large outside sitting area and a beautiful contemporary interior. Delivery is available in Cupertino, Saratoga, and parts of San Jose.
