Ameer has been in Real Estate in some aspect or another for nearly the last 25 years. Ameer also spent time as an Investor Reporting Expert, working with major lenders to fill contractual obligations between lenders and investors. Ameer began to work as a Homeownership Counselor for Los Angeles nonprofit that specialized in Real Estate Services, helping low income families to complete their first real estate purchase. Ameer used this experience as a counselor as the basis for his current real estate business. By committing to education first for all of his real estate clients, Ameer has helped countless families to realize the American Dream of homeownership. After years as a real estate, trainer and counselor, Ameer decided to pursue his passion to assist families and individuals by becoming a realtor. Ameer joined Keller Williams Realty in 2010. In 2011, his first full year Ameer finished in the top 25% of Realtors in his office. In 2012, Ameer finished in the 20%.

Ameer has worked with many first time homebuyers throughout his career in the real estate industry. Prior to becoming a full time Realtor, he started out as Homebuyer Counselor and Educator for a major bank and later for the largest nonprofit in the region. He feels right at home as Realtor helping to educate and walk first timers through the home buying process and realize the American dream. As his career progressed and specifically during the mortgage and real estate crisis, Ameer was able to use his experience in the Mortgage Investor Reporting and Mortgage Recovery arena to help countless organizations and individuals in navigating the waters of short sales and modifications. He was able to work with lending institutions on behalf of homeowners who were looking to obtain mortgage loans modifications and for those who were not eligible for loan modifications or decided to sell, to liquidate and relocate. Ameer feels right at home today working with sellers of all kinds.
