The Capistrano Valley Mobile Estates is a trailer park of over 300 modern mobile homes. All of the trailers are privately owned and listings are sold via the normal real estate market channels such as a broker. The office of the park does have a listing and will be able to direct you to the appropriate agent. Often some off the mobile homes are leased and this information is also available. Owners pay a monthly rental fee for the right to park in the beautifully landscaped and maintained property. There is a centralized "club house," adjacent to the swimming pool and recreation room. The space may also be rented for special events. Many of the inhabitants are senior citizens so there is a real sense of community among the dwellers.
