I am an Ex Baseball Player. I Always been an Athlete and loved working out.. I got into Health about 6 years ago after my baseball career ended. I started going to the gym constantly and slowly started helping people workout etc.. thats when I realized that I wanted to start my Personal Trainer/Nutritionist Career.. I love helping others and what better way to help others with their Health.
