Alpha plus are the worse property managers! They take no responsibility for anything that goes wrong but continue to take your monthly payments. The pool area and courts are absolutely disgusting....

Horrible service. Crooks. Before you buy a home in an area they manage think twice. They unlawfully tow vehicles with out any warnings in the middle of the night.

Terrible service. Had an issue at my townhouse; Alpha Plus sent out a handyman. In person, the handyman gave me an assessment of issue. To Alpha Plus, he gave them another story. Issue never fixed.
