Owner Alexis started her business in 1985 as a dance studio, and over time added gymnastic classes. As those classes grew, she added a full gymnastic school. And now the business has Dance and gymn classes for tots thru adults. Dance and Gymnastic competition teams now compete all over the valley.

Our dance classes include pre class, tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, and lyrical, while our gymnastics classes include pre gym, recreational boys/girls gymnastics, tumbling, developmental gymnastics, and competitive gymnastics.
