Prior to pick-up, all trash was in the dumpster and the dumpster was in its encloure. Afterward, full trash bags on ground and dumpster sticking out into the driveway. Poor service happens too...

ACI just downgraded all its customers by eliminating the bulk pickup bags. You are now required to bundle your pickup with rope or something. ACI used to lend you a metal dumpster with wheels...
