History
After traveling and living abroad in Bali and Byron Bay where the Australian grazing sensation started, Jenny returned to her seaside home of San Diego, California. Little did she know that this self-care sabbatical would eventually lead to the founding of her future company, AL FRESKO! Growing up in Texas, Jenny was always intrigued by food and the kitchen was always a bonding place for her and her family. After losing all of her grandparents to cancer and disease very early in life, Jenny made it her mission to study nutrition and attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to further her knowledge and use that information to help educate others on the importance of eating real, nourishing food from the earth. Her deep love for hosting, cooking, and creating abundant spreads has given her the opportunity to travel the world and follow her dream of bringing people together through food and shared experiences.

By sourcing the freshest local ingredients, our vibrant spreads are not only nourishing for the body, but also to our local community. Every Al Fresko offering is curated with quality in mind - we shop nearby farmer's markets, source goods from local makers, and support local small farms all to provide truly unique culinary and outdoor experiences. Our mission is to inspire connection through food, nature, and outdoor experiences.
