History
Chef Thomas Yeh always dreamed of owning his own restaurant. After years of meticulously perfecting the art of restaurant cooking, he opened the doors of Ahgoo's Kitchen in May of 2013 on Valley Boulevard in El Monte. The small establishment quickly became a popular eatery with write-ups in LA Weekly listing it as one of the best mom and pop restaurants in the Los Angeles and nearby areas. In order to accommodate the growing clientele, Ahgoo's Kitchen moved to a facility on Las Tunas Drive in Temple City that is three times the size of its former location. With the newer space, larger kitchen, and more comfortable seating area, Ahgoo's Kitchen is looking forward to many more years of serving fresh, hot, authentic, and tasty meals to its loyal customers.
