History
I began performing dental implants in 1979 after a year-long program offered at the University of Southern California. I have successfully placed several thousand implants since then. In 1986 I co-founded--with several other prominent implantologists--the Southern California Dental Implant Study Club. I was also a member of the Loma Linda University Dental Implant Study Club from 1985 to 1993.
