A super fun, high energy funk / hip hop, Jazz Funk, Contemporary, choreography dance classes for adults with simple steps and safe low impact movement. The add on choreography changes weekly so you will always be learning something new. Never too late to try a choreography class, after 4 or 5 classes, you will be amazed by your dancing ability, and you can sweat more & more, because you can dig deeper with each steps.
