Cathy Craig has been whipping clients into shape at Academy Fitness Boot Camp since 2008. The simple gym she works out of features 12 treadmills, a standing kick-bag, steps, weights and little else. Cathy has put together a program for fast weight-loss based on army boot camp-style exercise. The regimen includes aerobics, kickboxing, stepping and light weight-lifting. Average attendees lose 12 pounds in the first month. Memberships can be bought per month or discounted for multiple months up to a year. For a separate fee, clients can purchase 36 half-hour sessions with Cathy, a.k.a. "The Bully." Classes for all ages are available.
