Academia Avance is a public charter school located in Highland Park. The school is independently chartered and receives funding from the California Department of Education. The school is also directly overseen by the Los Angeles Unified School District. Any student in grades 6 through 12 is eligible to attend Academia Avance but the school does have an enrollment policy set by middle school capacity.
