1.Appointment only , NO walk-ins 2. we DONOT deal with feral cats / aggressive/biting dogs 3. We are NOT same day appointment. 4. we speak spanish / english only. 5 We are NOT low cost clinic. 6 we DONOT offer dog spay surgeries. 7 If you are too concerned/special owner then plz excuse us. 8. All pets should be in carrier or on leash. 9. We prefer quiet enviroment here so please respect it. 10. Do not bring whole family here for simple things like nail trimming. 11.If have you have any concern then please communicate with us, we will try our best to help you. 12. We are not perfect so can make mistakes. 13.
