With annual revenues of approximately $1 million, Designs in Iron is one of the top ornamental iron manufacturers in the Southern California. Designs in Iron has come a long way since it opened in 1976 as a small shop in Chula Vista. Within three years, the growing business needed a new, larger home, relocating to its current 10, 000 square foot location in 1980. The son of an iron worker, president Mark Yturralde has managed Designs in Iron since its inception. He's assisted by an experienced staff of 10. Designs In Iron is located at 3803 Dalbergia St., near the San Diego Bay and just off Hwy 5.
