From the outset of her career in the health and fitness industry in 2007, Alexis has been driven by a fierce passion to help others to look and feel good and to become the best version of themselves. Alexis's 'ABC's to Life' are to Aspire, Believe and Conquer. The bullet points of a professional mantra and personal mission she authentically imbues and is inspired by her own personal journey. After an unexpected, and life-altering fall that rendered her right arm useless for over two years, doctors told Alexis that she may not be able to regain full mobility of her arm. My main focus is on health. This process begins with the mind and then the body will follow. It is important to understand what you are putting into your body. I want to heal my clients from the inside out, get them feeling good, increasing their energy levels and of course guiding them along the way to reach their goals. My workouts are varied to keep their bodies guessing, so results are always happening and of course to keep the workouts fun so they never get bored! My training styles include HIIT, Tabata, Plyometrics, Heavybag/Pad work, Circuit Training, Yoga, & more. I want to help my clients drop the weight, gain the muscle, increase their flexibility and learn to hold onto these results. My program encompasses the mind, body & soul and learning to make this a life style change, not a diet or a quick fix. My goal is to help the individual be the best, healthiest version of themselves.
