Pocket sewn into blouse at the top of Velcro

Old stitching sewn into the new stitching and I can't pull it out, only clip it off so it looks obvious and poorly done.

blouse is sewn onto the stitching for both warfare devices, the knots are clumpy, and length of the stitches
