The mission of Bridge Mediation is to educate corporate business leaders about mediation as an alternative to traditional dispute resolution methods, and to facilitate dialogue. We provide a pathway of resources between countries and companies that will enable innovative international business dispute resolutions. In addition, Bridge Mediation professionals are trained in both common and civil law systems, and can facilitate connections between the two systems. We approach every new target country by associating to the team a new member from that country, in order to get through the culture and business practices of the selected area. Our experience shows that "win-win" resolutions are possible to any conflict so long as the involved parties bridge the gap between perceived cultural and linguistic differences.
