My fitness journey I'll start out with saying, I have had my own struggles with losing the weight I have gained over the years. My heaviest weight was 225lbs and now currently I am 175lbs with 7% body fat. Weight loss is not always the fastest process, but if you are consistent you will reach your goals. I am here to help you reach those goals that you have set for yourself. Fitness and exercise can be very enjoyable, especially when you have a good support system. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, and have been training for a little over 2 years. I want to make exercise and weight loss a fun process. I specialize in High Intensity Interval Training and Circuit Training. Personal Training is a passion and I enjoy helping people transform and reach there goals!
