History
30Day-Bootcamp is a Women's Self Defense Center and Fitness Boot Camp, serving the East Bay since 1999. Our Boot Camps operate on a systematic C.O.R.E. Training method designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence progressively over the course of your program. Every class is designed to accommodate beginning Boot Campers and challenge veterans, as our personal trainers offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced variations for any exercise. We are passionate about our Bay Area women being able to protect themselves, and frequently offer free women's self defense training & seminars to individuals and cooperatives throughout the Bay Area. A portion of our proceeds go to help support Bay Area women's shelters & support co-ops.

30Day-Bootcamp features specially customized indoor and outdoor fitness programs, based on a progressive, systematic, rotating curriculum (C.O.R.E. Training). Fitness and Cardio Kickboxing class curriculum includes: Strength & flexibility training, isometrics, plyometrics, cardio strength, cardio endurance, p90x customized drills & variations, insanity training, resistance bands, core training, kettle bells, practical & women's self defense, and a whole lot more! The C.O.R.E. Training program features new class planners every day, which means new routines for you in every workout. 30Day-Bootcamp gets it's name from our 30 Day rotating curriculums, designed to progressively build you up with a series of integrated workouts (new routines every day!). 30 Days is the length of one overarching curriculum session- most members do train for more than just 30 days! The revolutionary depth and specialization of 30Day-Bootcamp's C.O.R.E. Training program remains unparalleled to this day.
