History

213 Loft Company was created by the partnership between two Los Angeles Real Estate professionals - Mark Priceman and Gil Saraf. After both starting their careers with Coldwell Banker in the late 1990's, Mark and Gil quickly realized a shared passion for Real Estate and a desire to maintain a high level of experience, knowledge and proficiency. With this common goal and the early discovery of Downtown's revitalization, 213 Loft Co. was born, and is consistently the most established and trusted firm in the neighborhood - since 2005. Both being long-time Downtown residents, Mark and Gil bring to the table a matchless knowledge of the unique Downtown LA market, and a great passion for watching its growth into a vibrant and vital part of the Los Angeles landscape.
