1951 Coffee was founded in 2015 in response to the barriers refugees faced in seeking, attaining, and sustaining quality employment in the Bay Area.

1951 Coffee is a nonprofit, specialty coffee company that provide job training and employment opportunities for refugees and seeks to educate the community about refugee life and issues. We serve high quality coffee and espresso beverages along with pastries from ThirdCulture and Firebrand bakeries.
