DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If you do make sure you definitely have renters insurance because Im tell you right now they WILL NOT and DO NOT CARE that your apartment gets flooded and causes mildew/mold....

Bugs everywhere and pest control never arrives. when they do they come in salt a few corners ( in just the kitchen) and that's it with an attitud.

Not worth the lower price of rent, and basically a hazard, especially if you have kids. The maintenance management has a few hard-working people but their policies and proactiveness are lacking....
