McNeill Express is a wholly owned subsidiary of P.A.M. Transportation Services, which is a transportation holding company. Incorporated in 1986, P.A.M. Transportation Services provides truckload carrier services through its several wholly owned subsidiary companies, including P.A.M. Transport, P.A.M. Dedicated Services, P.A.M. Special Services, Choctaw Express and P.A.M. Logistics Services. The parent company has achieved ISO 9002 certification. Its subsidiary, Allen Freight Services, offers a range of domestic transportation services and specializes in the transportation of general commodities throughout the eastern United States. The parent company maintains a fleet of more than 1,000 freightliners and trailers through its subsidiary, Decker Transport.
