The current Owner bought the business in or around 1970-71 and even managed it himself for a time. He is the sole owner of the property and keeps the property in excellent condition. It is a very quiet and enjoyable place to live. We have an on-site courtesy officer and 24 hr emergency maintenance. We are not managed by a management company so we are able to take care of our Residents immediately without having to go thru channels to accomplish a service order or order a part to repair what might be needed. Customer Service is our priority!
